This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Kern County, California. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
